Phaser

This is a good sound, but I wish there was something high to mix it with, so let’s make something else to add. It might be nice to start with a high chirp.

1. Open the “Bird Chirp.wav” file.
2. Both the Bird Chirp and the Water Pour should be approximately the same length so that we can mix them together without having to trim anything, so start by removing silence in between chirps, shrinking the chirps to match our previous sound, and clean the top and bottom with smooth fades.
   
3. Once your sound is cleaned up, lets add a Phase effect … Effects > Modulation > Phaser
   

4. Select the preset, “A Cup of Water” and press OK

5. The sound is still too recognizable, so let’s add a “Depressing Karaoke Bar” reverb and adjust the Dry to 0% (leaving none of the original audio) and Wet to 100% (leaving only the reverb)
