Insert Silence

Now let’s put a little bit of space in between the cries so that they’re not so constant, persistent, and nagging.

• 1. Place your cursor in between the first two cries. Make sure you click where there is already silence!
     
  2. Use the Silence tool under the Edit menu … Edit > Insert > Silence
     
     
  3. Enter 0.2 seconds for a length and press OK
     
     

Place silence in between each cry at your own discretion. Use either the Insert Silence tool or copy and paste an existing section of silence
