Doppler Shift

Let’s play with panning, specifically the Doppler Shifter. Open “Motorcycle.wav”

1. Use the Doppler tool … Effects > Special > Doppler Shifter
    
2. This tool will allow you to adjust panning in time. We can go in a line, or we can go in a circle. Circle sounds more fun. So click on the circle radio button and hit OK
    

This effect works best if you have headphones in or speakers that are decently far away from one another.
