Templates
If your settings are essentially the same every single show, why make it from scratch?
Using a template is really simple.
When opening QLab, depending on your preferences, you might see the Launcher Window. From here you can start a new Workspace from a template.
If you don’t see this window when QLab opens, you can either open the Launcher Window from the Window menu or simply select the New From Template option under the File Menu.
Either method, a window will pop up showing you the available templates on your computer. Double click or hit select to create a new workspace utilizing the selected template.
Conversely, once all your settings are setup the way you like them, go to Save As Template under the File Menu. Here you can provide a name for the new Template and hit save.
By the way, if you right click on any of these templates, you can select which one will be your default template, the template that is used when you just create a new workspace without going through the template window.
